Nice tips and advice. In fact, my new years resolution is "slim down" this is my New Year's resolutions every year, but I'm just practicing OnlyOne months, after which I eat and eat ... I can not diet. But thanks for sharing the post, I think I need to plan on a daily basis, if you really do not want to lose this weight I have. I know this is not easy, but I try.
